Chicken, Bacon & Vegs

  
1 lg onion

8 red potatoes 

4 chicken breast

8 strips of bacon

Half bag of baby carrots 

8 garlic cloves 

2 cobs of white corn (cut in half)

Grease pan with coconut oil, place cut vegetables evenly. The chicken (wrapped in two strips of bacon) will cook on top of vegetables (this allows chicken to stay juicy while the bacon flavors the vegetables). 

Seasoning (1 teaspoon each):

Chili powder 

Smoked paprika 

Garlic salt

Blk pepper 

Salt

Cumin

Dried Basil

400 degrees for 50 min
